You can retire there if you have enough money. Difficult otherwise from what I read, although tourist visas are good for up to 6 months. But if this revolution follows the playbook, foreigners could be at risk. When this much pent-up rage boils over, it goes in a lot of directions.

I did walk in. Pharmacist said he couldn't give me one without a prescription until their protocol doctors catch up with the state. Southwestern PA.
