Have you ever tried making fish sticks using just drained tuna, whole eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese? I made them the other night and they were amazing. Just shape into sticks and bake on a parchment-lined sheet. Tartar sauce of mayo, yellow mustard, and dill relish. OMG! Delish!

Ooohh! Sounds like our recipes are very similar! Seasonings are on point! I use beef kielbasa. It's best when I use chicken from an oven-roasted bird & can toss in the juices and fat with the bacon grease and beef fat. So freaking good! A dollop of sour cream on top finishes it beautifully!

Ha! I'm so with you! ;) But...you lost me at calamari, lol! How do you season yours? I use lots of smoked paprika, onion & garlic pdrs, salt...and all the grease, of course!

Yum! What do you put in yours? I came up with an amazing recipe for what I call carnivore jambalaya: beef, chicken, bacon, sausage, spices. Delish!
