I've been making a tray full of sourdough discard crackers daily for weeks now--topped w/ everything bagel seasoning. The teenager has been eating all the crackers. Daily. The poppy seed encrusted crackers. We just bought a drug test online. For science. He is amused.

My accomplishments today: passing a class for my master's degree, making this delish chocolate chip sourdough loaf, and not accidentally giving the Nazi salute in front of a worldwide audience.
