It was the greatest privilege to speak at the launch of the Working Women's Centre NSW.

Many of the speeches focused on the silencing effects of non-disclosure agreements.

Men are also suing victim-survivors of sexual assault for defamation, a trend known as SLAPPs.

Our silence is not for sale.

The thunder, lightning, hail, rain, wild winds and snow didn't stop us!

More than 20 leaders have conquered the highest summit on the mainland, raising almost $40,000 for UN Women.

But really, climbing Mt Kosciuszko was nothing compared with the challenges facing women every day around the world.

Have you ever watched the Ethnic Business Awards?

It's been going for 36 years, celebrating business success by migrants, refugees, and First Nations peoples.

The event will be telecast on SBS, NITV and ACTV in the coming weeks. Congratulations to the finalists and winners!

Now THIS is a terrific idea! No more low ceilings in cramped conference rooms. This recent event, HR FutureFest, was held outside.

The themes were centred on AI, workplace wellbeing, and DE&I.

It was my great honour to emcee just one of the stages at this enormous event.

Been doing some hiking in Chongqing, China - the cyberpunk city.

Quite wet and mossy. Glad I stayed upright. No wonder it’s so green! 😅

It was an immense privilege to emcee the ADM Women in Defence Awards in Canberra this year.

To see so many women forging forward in this traditionally male-dominated area was incredibly uplifting.

There was much discussion about the regressive moves in the US to wind back DE&I initiatives.

OK. It’s time to ‘spill the tea’, as our kidults say.

I’ve been invited by UN Women to attend the 70th annual Commission on the Status of Women in New York City in March next year.

I cannot think of a more important time for us to gather to talk about how far we’ve come, and how far we have to go.

We watched this extraordinary documentary at an event last night, supported by ActionAid.

Created by a Palestinian-Israeli collective, it's compelling, moving and utterly harrowing: a deserving winner of the best documentary feature film at the Academy Awards.

You can watch it on Apple TV.

Where do you reckon we are on the AI hype cycle?

I'd say in the trough.

It takes an awful lot of courage to run for politics.

What you see below is a group of brave, brilliant and passionate advocates, willing to step up to create change.

I'm proud to work with current and aspiring pollies as part of the groundbreaking Pathways to Politics program.

What an exceptional, courageous and transformative initiative!

The brainchild of Brisbane Boys' College, ‘PROMPTED' empowered Year 12 students to explore and question how AI is affecting their lives.

There were so many thought-provoking conversations about AI ethics, bias and jobs of the future.

Tonight, we had the great joy and privilege of gathering for the launch of Nature's Last Dance, by my wonderful protégé Natalie Kyriacou.

Frankly, it's the most important environmental book of our times: deeply researched, wildly entertaining, and hilariously funny.

Is the world really in the midst of an AI revolution, or is it all just clever marketing, powered by immense amounts of money, capital and hype?

Tune in to ABC Radio National's Big Ideas at 8pm tonight, as we discuss how to protect creatives during the age of artificial intelligence.

This looks brilliant!

I'm excited to be joining the lineup of innovators at #HRFutureFestAU on October 29 in Melbourne/Naarm.

This week, we commemorated World Humanitarian Day by hearing from two global change-makers, from Uganda and Vanuatu.

Huge thanks to Ellen Tamata, Rita Nanyonga, ActionAid and Hall & Wilcox.

At the Rose Scott Women Writers Festival, we discussed the thorny issue of breach of copyright to train AI models.

It was an extremely timely conversation, now that the Productivity Commission is floating the idea of watering down Australia's robust laws.

Aaaarrrrggghhhhh!

OpenAI was founded to benefit humanity.

As the organisation restructures, we need reassurance about whether that mission will survive.

That's why I'm standing alongside the likes of Geoffrey Hinton and Sir Stephen Fry, asking for transparency.

This is Tasmania's Bay of Fires, the location of UN Women Australia's 2026 Trek for Rights.

I had the privilege of joining this year's trek with a group of strong and generous women. We had the time of our lives.

You can sign up for next year's here: inspiredadventures.com.au/event/unwome...

The Spoon Theory is one of the best ways to understand and explain chronic illness.

Several of our loved ones have recently been diagnosed with Long COVID, dysautonomia or ME/CFS.

There is more research, but still no cures. Our hearts are breaking.

Full nerd disclosure: I love a conference.

Why? Because you learn about fascinating stuff.

Have you heard of Ebbinghaus's Forgetting Curve? Within a week, people tend to forget 90% of new information. Gah!

Here we are trying to remember everything from the TMEC conference in Devonport this week.

Well, being a 58-year-old 'cover girl' was not on my bingo card for 2025!

Thank you so much DARE Magazine for highlighting the important issue of voluntary assisted dying.

Kudos to everyone on the team involved in the writing, editing, and photo shoot.

I'll be talking about this study tomorrow arvo on the NSW South Coast if you'd like to join us at StoryFest.

A frightening MIT study shows how using ChatGPT affects students' brains:

Huge congratulations to the team at Act for Kids and The Calile Hotel for creating this wonderful event, to raise much-needed funds for families suffering from intergenerational trauma.

It was lovely being in a room full of kind hearted people.
