anyone have experience with vertigo? I slept at a weird angle on Friday and I have been suffering ever since - only when I sit up after lying down, but it's bad.

I always intend to do my morning run when I'm visiting my in-laws, but it means running outside instead of on the treadmill, which is HARD, but I DID IT, from 7am to 7:50am and I am SUCH A HERO.

day off! I ran 5K, we changed the sheets on both beds, I cleaned out the car for our roadtrip tomorrow, took it to get the oil changed, filled it with gas, came home, did yoga, bathed the dog, made lunch, went for a (COLD) walk in the SNOW (?!?), and am on my 3rd load of laundry.

okay, obviously I love vaccinations but OH BOY getting the flu & covid vax at the same time was a lot. I don't usually have reactions but last night was tortuous - both arms hurt so bad (12 hours after the shot) and I felt feverish and was awake until like 2am when I remembered ibuprofen existed.

we slept in until 7:30, we got covid & flu shots, we put the yard away for the season, AND I ran for the first time in 3 weeks. I ran slowly, and only for 30 min, but I did it! #exercise I love accomplishment Sundays!

I had to be physically in the office today (first time in a MONTH) AND I had to do an emergency walkthrough with the full staff as well as have a full staff meeting and it went well but now I very much need to crawl under my desk for a nap.

when we take the a/cs out for the season, we climb out onto the roof by my office, because we can. we did that today & looked down into the yard next to us & saw the feral cat that lives in our neighborhood, and when I called down to it, it looked up, made an O.O face, and YELLED at us to get down.
