Great Egret
Myakka River State Park
A Great Egret wades through the shallows of the Myakka River in search of its next meal. The clear blue sky and the blue waters of the Myakka river mirror each other. The pale green marsh grass flanking both sides of the river breaks up the endless blue and provides a textured contrast to the smooth blue of the river and the sky.
