Cost of living is squeezing families from every direction: groceries, rent, gas, childcare, and basic bills. People shouldn’t have to work full-time and still live one emergency away from falling apart. We deserve real affordability and real relief.

Today we honor Dr. King’s life, his courage, and his call to build a more just and loving country. Let’s not just remember the words, let’s live them, in how we treat each other, how we show up, and how we keep moving forward together.
Happy MLK Day.

Change doesn’t happen in a single march or a single moment. It happens when we choose each other, again and again.

We clapped for them in 2020. We can forget them in 2026. Healthcare workers are still essential workers.

Change is overdue. I might be a blue dot, but I’m running to listen, show up, and fight for the people of District 12. Folks are ready for something new, and I’m ready to fight for it.

Honoring Dr. King’s legacy at the NAACP MLK Day Parade on the tomorrow.

If you’re coming out, please be safe, stay with your group, and follow guidance from parade staff so everyone can enjoy the day peacefully.

Hope to see you there.

I’m running because I care about youth advocacy, strong communities, and helping families who feel unheard. I’ve spent my career serving others, and now I’m stepping up to fight for real change. Subscribe to stay connected.

Veterans and rural communities deserve more than words. Care and support shouldn’t depend on your zip code. No one here should be an afterthought.

Vote May 19, 2026.

Spent an incredible day with an even more incredible group of students from our community who I had the honor of nominating to U.S. Service Academies!

No more leadership that disappears until election time. Listening, showing up, and following through should be the standard. Action and accountability.

Working hard should mean you can pay bills and still breathe. Job pathways, skills training, and real support for working families, that’s the goal.

Our kids deserve stronger schools, real support for teachers, and resources for families before things reach a breaking point. Youth advocacy means showing up early.

Healthcare shouldn’t be a luxury. I’m running to expand affordable access, strengthen care close to home, and lower out-of-pocket costs so families can breathe again.

Real leadership in 2026 is community-first: advocating for our youth. Showing up when the cameras are off. It means making it clear that healthcare is essential, and so are the workers who keep it running. They deserve respect and support. It’s leadership that actually shows up for people.

Today feels like a good day to say thank you.
If you know a healthcare worker, caregiver, first responder, or service worker, tag them or tell us what they do. They deserve to be seen.

When you hear the phrase “community safety,” what does it actually mean to you?
Prevention, accountability, resources, trust, or something else?

Strong communities don’t look the same everywhere.
What makes your community feel strong right now, and what feels like it’s slipping?
