Legs are feeling so fabby at the mo & ticked off my fastest 5k run of 2025 this morn; knocked 15secs off & felt quite easy; under 33mins at last!! 2nd fastest run in 2 days; get me! Cold, frosty, dark & peaceful; perfect! 4 working days to go; I've got this! #runchat #running #5amclub 🎂❤️🏃♀️🥶

I'm now officially middle aged & my life is totally complete - I bought this heated dryer a few weeks ago & its a total gamechanger! Lol - my life now feels complete; no having to put the heating on to dry my washing!! #happydays
