Great way to put it!
First one is a near perfect blend of action, adventure, romance, horror and comedy.
The other 2….ehhhhhhhhhh. I kinda hate Returns because it has the *worst* sequelitis. I actually enjoy Tomb of the Dragon Emperor more, even if we swap out Rachel Weisz for Maria Bello.
1 though? Fuck yeah.

Veeeeeeery different, for sure. I read the book in college after having watched the movie on TV at some point when I was a kid and was shocked at how dissimilar they were.
