The two failures we find most often are that the problem description is to broad and is unsolvable. (Trying to solve all problems at once or solving world hunger.) The second, is that teams do not use the correct tools during the problem solving process. Yes, problem solving is a process.

AI is a Tool!!! We shouldn't just question if humanity can handle AI but also how AI is designed and used. AI is a tool, but its unique autonomy makes misuse risky. With proper care, it benefits us; used recklessly, it harms. Tools aren’t good or bad—it's how PEOPLE use tools that matters.

We would tend to think Mission is more related to Vision although one can be on a short term mission as well.

In our case, we created a Gauge Control and Calibration Software in 1997. This was our purpose. Our vision was expand our product to a complete Quality Management System Software application. Our incremental development of TQMSOptima Quality Management System Software was guided by this vision.

Measuring is the easy part; the real challenge is setting specific, clear, and actionable goals. If something can’t be measured, it doesn’t exist. Too often, measurements are made without alignining to a clear objective. Without strong leadership, goals tend to remain vague and lack direction.

Integrating AI into products and processes is the key to expanding adoption. Seamless integration of AI will overcome the aprehension and fears of many without notice. Being smart enough to use AI to continually improve ones self is a strength and not a weakness. AI is a tool, use it wisely.
