The uncommons are really really good as well. Moving to N# of peasant cards allows people to live the dream of duplicate really good cards too. Two of my favorite draft around in set 1

POWER MATRIX! Was the first artifact that really wowed me as a card that truly could go in almost any deck, and you were never mad to see!

I think whatever fits your cube style the best and stands out visibly. My friends cube has singleton arts to make Park Map work as a cheaper expedition map. I think as long as basics are easily read and have a narrative behind them, it works!

Finally, a big shout out to @joe-cube-anderson.bsky.social who's relentless pursuit of cube, community and vibes had him driving over an hour just to draft, dominate 2 rounds in The Jund Cube with a powerhouse draft, turn around and go all the way back to Sonoma to take care of family! What a hero!

Finally, a big shout out to @joe-cube-anderson.bsky.social who's relentless pursuit of cube, community and vibes had him driving over an hour just to draft, dominate 2 rounds in The Jund Cube with a powerhouse draft, turn around and go all the way back to Sonoma to take care of family! What a hero!
What really made the event though was the Community. We showed up, drafted hard, donated well and made sure we left the place better than we found it. Shout out to www.ghosttownbrewing.com for hosting us and their $3 Scumbag cream ales! Visit them if you're in Oakland, CA!

Draft 3 was John Lady's Mono-Black cube cubecobra.com/cube/list/d5.... Where I went heavy into Artifacts, knowing black has a hard time dealing with them. Dollhouse of Horrors was the MVP, but I had a very hard time dealing with Reanimator! Definitely reminded me of the Devoid cube a little bit.

Went 2-1 in a team draft of my buddy's Legacy cube. Jund + white with Lurrus Companion. Iridescent Vinelasher did 14 points of damage in one game where t2 Wrenn & 6 went off and I got to emblem them! It's so rare but so much fun! List: cubecobra.com/cube/list/ti... #mtgcube

I went P1P1 Nadu over my favorite child Inti, Seneschal of the Sun (because I love that card so much in my own cube) but sadly never drew Nadu or got to abuse the bird.
Sickest play east T1 fast bonding out an Esikas Chariot but went a mediocre 1-2 due to not having enough payoffs. Sweet cube tho!

Finally, i'm very excited to bring these two Instant // Sorceries to my cube. For a while I've bemoaned not having this particular card type, forgetting that split cards were the answer! GR often makes use of Delirium, and I'm estatic to have found these cards. 8/

Other times, a card like Unholy Annex can rise up and inspire me to curate a more demon focused experience, leading to a whole suite of kindred dreams for people to live. Leading me to include Ammit Eternal, both a demon AND a zombie! Which then incentivizes Zul Ashur. More vision! 7/
