Then Mayor Searcy shouldn’t have allowed the sexual assault and RETALIATION to continue in the Takoma Park Police Department under Chief RuPaul and Deputy Chief 4’11” Shibu Philipose to cut the victims hours.

Mayor Searcy should dress up like someone that didn’t allow a black female city employee to be sexually assaulted and harassed, then retaliated by TPPD Chief DuVaul, officers Addison and Tubby Torres and the victim had her hours cut by Deputy Brown Smurf Shibu Philipose.
