I agree with you. tbh I believe that polarisation has proceeded so far that there needs to be Video evidence for most news outlets (even so called left leaning ones) to even consider calling attention to ICE crimes.

Was eigentlich umso mehr zu der marktliberalen post-Merkel-CDU hätte passen müssen. Das spricht also weiter für Merz‘s kindische „ich mag das nicht weil Grüne“ Einstellung.

Wenn sie nicht reich sind, sind sie nicht Teil der Gruppe, die Merz Laut dem Post repräsentiert. Ich denke nicht, dass sie mit ihm in einen Topf geworfen werden.

Ob man nun Springer, einen der Mitläufer, oder diejenigen verfolgt, welche Springer widerlegen: das Thema ist gesetzt, andere Themen werden dadurch nicht, oder zu wenig behandelt.

mMn. agiert Springer Diskurs-leitend. Folgendes stimmt nicht in jedem, aber doch in vielen Fällen: Springer startet mit einem Thema, tagelange Berichterstattung mit Aussagen an der Grenze zur Lüge wird ein Diskurs geschaffen. Private und öffentliche Medien ziehen hinterher/ versuchen zu widerlegen.

Ich kann den Gedanken nachvollziehen, aber wir dürfen nicht unterschätzen wie kräftezehrend eine Präsidentschaft ist. Ich halte es für ziemlich wahrscheinlich, dass Biden nicht durchgehalten hätte.

It’s tough to imagine a scenario where you could „re“democratise the US without major instability, which would cause suffering on a large scale.
Same problem we all are facing regarding wealth inequality and the climate crisis imo. & the ones in power have no reason to allow us to try new solutions

Well said. One problem I see is that system changes have mostly happened during times of crisis. In these times people looked for strongmen who promised them safety, no matter how hollow the promise.

It’s crazy to me, that after the 24 loss some dems still can’t handle criticism& assume losing to MAGA a 2. time had nothing to do with them as a party.Without serious self reflection, dems are lost.
