Does it? You are losing on purpose because that is improving your lottery odds. If losing on purpose buts you at risk of reducing your lottery odds, you are less likely to do so, right?

Isn't the simple solution to this to just remove some ping pong balls?
If you breaking the existing rules, just add that wherever they land in the lottery, they are fined plus lose a portion of their allotted combinations. If a number gets drawn from a forfeited combination, just gets redrawn.

Cracking up at James and Jason - based on "Medžic Dzonson", seems like they get the J sound from DZ, but on those two, still tucking a J into the back third just to be sure, haha

Bet the odds of it transferring go way up - don't think the Pacers will be able to keep up the tank-pace when UTA, BRK, WAS really kick it into tank-gear. MIL, MEM, DAL probably going to tank pretty hard from here as well, although all 6-7 games up. And who knows what SAC and NOP are trying to do.

Seems crazy that 3 of the biggest "win now" kinda players that were acquired, Zubac, Anthony Davis and Jaren Jackson Jr., went to teams that are not interested in winning until next year.

Huh, surprised not into the return for BOS. Feel like Simons and Vuc are really similar, in the sense both are helpful-ish regular season players that might not be in the final playoff rotation. Both expiring contracts. And BOS ends up with the cheaper one at a position that's a bigger need. Win?
