We know the event was far from perfect but the fact that on our 6 hour drive back home wadsm pulled out his laptop and we started recounting the events and listing exactly what to improve next time is a testament to the passion we share for this community.

The pressure grew with each passing day, and the closer the weekend got, the more tasks kept piling up.
But thanks to your help, we made Oktofest an unforgettable experience and gave smiles to so many people out there.

Since this was our very first event, we all realized how extremely ambitious this entire project had become.
We started with wanting to give europe a new LAN just like any other and ended with a tournament that could rival Nintendo's very own production quality.
