well its more about how convenient it is to watch on crunchyroll especially since these anime used to be there. its nice to have it all organized and be on my TV. if I really want, ill watch on those websites.

and like, if AI wasn't such a resource guzzler and if the images were used for a greater piece of creation rather than standalone (depends on the situation), I think using it COULD be good for disabled artists. the scenarios im picturing are projects are made by 1 person though.

as it is, using AI is like just making a request from an artist and then picking what you like from the results. the actual expression part just isnt there to me.

like if you could command a computer with the specificity and intention akin to an abled person drawing and painting with their hands*, I think that would be good. the art at that point isnt AI generated, rather a human used a tool to make something. its hard for me to define this making process but

there are a million reasons why art might not be accessible to someone and there might not be any other way to express themselves or they just care that much about creating visual art... but AI just isnt how we do it, at least not as it is now

from disabled people who use AI saying it allows them to express themselves and man seeing anyone who uses generative AI just bums me out because all the other reasons generative AI is bad. and its not really creative to me.
