Idk if this is a common PTSD thing, but it manifests as negative self esteem.
Like, if I do something for my own benefit, or achieve something you'd otherwise expect to feel proud of - my "reward" is to feel guilty, depressed etc.
The more I do to better myself, the worse it feels.

Protip: don't move interstate and get in a relationship with someone with a lot of social cache.

Yes I'm still fucked up about what happened in 2023/24.

These hoodies are sewn using a double needle coverstitch for durability, but the underarm and side seams are sewn using a flatlock seam. This produces a smoother, flatter seam, removing the bump that can rub against the body.
