Used to drink multiple handles a week. Sense October I’ve only finished 1 handle which only 3 drinks have been had sense the start of the new year. I just cheers water now or some lemon water.
Had a great time in vr past few days totally sober. If you feel like you can't do it, have a variety of non alcoholic drinks available. You can still cheers, you can still be part of the group, you can still let loose and have fun. Try it.

Finally decided to go dance again for the first time in a couple weeks. Within first 10 min get stepped on 3 times by people just running up to the decks and than just staying there.
This is why I don’t do many events anymore. Either get stuck in the que or get stepped on. Fun times

Day 27 of sobriety and have finally broke the 250 barrier sitting at 248. That makes it 15lbs sense Halloween. I Haven’t seen 240s sense 2022 when I was in a car accident. This is achieved by only adding a little extra stretching/ workout (30 min) and cutting all the munchies out from not smoking.

Day 23 of sobriety. We’re cooking. Down 12lbs, eating better and less, getting more energy back. Face and skin looking and feeling healthier. Looking at my body more positively.

Being sober these last couple weeks has been so freeing of the brain. While I really miss weed / alcohol is meh, I also enjoy waking without the brain fog from hell / hangover. I only planned to do sober Nov, but I may just continue up to new years.
