Played the new Terminator game from bitmap bureau and reading the reviews makes me wonder if people actually play video games. Do people not recognize differences in pacing and encounter design when they see it?

Rance 3 is such a step up from 2.
Only played half an hour, but the cg quality, amount of character portraits for different emotions and a bg for the ui is apparent immediately. Really nice.
But the menuing is gonna drive me insane.

I hate the word gooning so much. Everytime there is discourse about any kind of media, its immediately "goon material" and loses all its artistic value in the eyes of some people...just cause there are pretty character designs.

Impulse bought Clair Obscur after a literal dozen of people in my closer circle of friends praised it like the second coming of jesus.

Thanks to my recent EXVS2 addiction i took the leap and started watching Gundam from the beginning.
Even though i generally enjoy myself, alot of character moments drive me up the wall. Amuro repeating the "Refusal of Call" part of the "heroes journey" at least 7 times is one of them

Finally finished up on Drive. Man this was a good watch. Great characters, really good episodical stories, overarching themes hit. Man, i like this show.

Oh yeah i went again before the end of my trip. These girls are so fun to watch. Its not the highest technical display of pro wrestling, but they just ooze personality and i dig that alot.

Im a bit stunned by the feeling of community here. Tjpw isnt thr biggest promotion, but with maybe 250-300 people present it really felt like people cheering for their waves they have known for years. Great stuff.

Finally finished chernobyl last week. Im still a bit stunned. The theme was nothing new for me, i read up on that accident years ago, but this show puts what i know into a new perspective and is probably the most effective horror related media ive ever seen.

Been replaying monster hunter GenU lately and having a blast. I feel like i can safely skip wilds and replay 4U instead of getting angry at a game thats not for me anymore.
