Oddly enough, it's everyone and people outside of the US may not be seeing anything new we have done in the last 24 hrs.
One of my out of US friends and I confirmed that on multiple creators I saw more content than she did.

This is facts, all big 🇺🇸 creators have not been able to post for at least 24hrs and any 🇺🇸 creators that did manage to get a 🎥 out today they are unviewable for me and a bunch of other aussies and canadians.
