Hard to avoid the big companies, and all have skeletons (open and in the closet). But I use YouTube Music Premium. The audio quality is infinitely better than Spotify, too, as is the algorithm.

I taught Conflict in the Asia-Pacific, and we covered the Cambodian Genocide a few weeks back. I had the same realisation, and included a doco with survivors and perpetrators to mark the anniversary. Students were often unaware of the extent of genocide/mass killing in the region.
