Sounds like self serving interest by RFJ Jr, because he truly does not care if people die. (We have less foodborne pathogen testing, damage to the CDC, mRNA vaccine suppression, killing research programs). Call out his behavior for what is it.

Some of us raped as childen become adults who use their power to defend and heal others and themselves. Be careful with those stereotypes that sell short the true power of human potential and the agency of so many survivors who make strong ethical choices that respect human dignity and strength.

Being that kind of "christian" is a cult affiliation where members permit themselves to behave as if superior to others, therefore entitled to abuse them, including children. Please join me in electing public servants who recognize the dignity of all in our country and in the world.

Please consider that the perception of the Old Testament you mention is common, but may be a distortion by a dominant culture of a minority religion's beliefs. The book "Judiasm is about Love" by Shai Held clarifies this and cites some sources on love from which Jesus drew the beliefs he taught.
