the BBC are held to due impartiality fair enough, but if you are going to quote, dont make subjective edits on a key claim without telling the reader. if they didn't want to report the claim for legal reasons they could have paraphrased and not reported the quote at all

Also, the weights are open source pretty much. It’s convenient for Open Ai that the price of running models locally is becoming more expensive as that is competition. Once the big beasts are gone private server based systems will be reasonable to run.

Although it can appear slow moving, I understand the opposite is true with huge work going on behind the scenes - would you know however typically (I suspect this is non typical!) how long these cases can take (seeing we are only at TRO review stage)

They still had to comply with the order to turn the planes round even if they had reason to believe it was made in error. The appeal process was their avenue to resolve the issue. Anything else is contempt of court, is it not?
