Joined the Panache Nation club. Big fans of their bike kit designs, they do some fun events together and now I have a good winter training goal.

This summer I revived an 85 Bianchi Stelvio. In the process, I stripped the threads on the old Modolo brake. Was super cool to find the exact one online for a fair price.

I’m not disappointed. 💁‍♂️

You’ve been kidnapped. The characters from the last TV show you watched are trying to rescue you. Who’s coming to save you?

Was going to install the Zwift cog and click, but had a second thought. Is it really any better than your regular shifters and cassette? 🤷‍♂️🚴🏽‍♂️💨

It was part of an art museum exhibit in Cincinnati this spring. Gorgeous.

True. The Cycle Thru exhibit is amazing.

A TPU and an electric mini pump def takes up less space than a reg tube, 2 co2, and chuck. I estimate it weighs 300g+ less too. Have not used a TBU in a bike yet myself, but have seen others. I think you do need to be wary/careful with the plastic valve stem.

Went road tubeless. Replaced the co2, chuck and rubber tube in the seat bag with a lightweight electric mini inflator and tubolito style tube. Way easier to use, saves space in the bag, and probably saves 300g to boot.

Right. Plus killing these projects just takes money away from the same planning & construction companies that build local roads. It’s not like creating a bike lane, some speed humps or a path is any different than a building a road. Now there will be less work for local companies.
