I bought a PS3 and played it through a huge and heavy Hitachi widescreen late era CRT. I gave the CRT away to someone at work in order to “upgrade” to a LCD TV. I have come to regret getting rid of that Hitachi very much 🥲

We didn’t deserve to win this game but simultaneously somehow feel cheated out of not winning. Feels icky.

Can’t agree. Hate the derby. Horrible feeling in stomach on buildup. Terrible spectacle of a game. And then at best we win and feel mild relief. Only upside was the 5-1 which was glorious and totally unexpected. I’d rather see Sunderland fight it out in League 2 with Hartlepool or whoever.

Pope has been good but he is nowhere near Shay for me. Shay was consistently excellent for over 10 years and rarely had a poor game.
