His campaign has reached over 320,000 employees from a range of organisations, including the NHS, PepsiCo, The Body Shop, Hampshire Football Association, and Dementia Support, to name just a few of the organisations.

He is the Lead for Ethnicity & Diversity at the M Group service - Rail and Aviation. Over the years his contributions has won him several ED&I awards one of which is the Community Hero Award. - showing Mo's dedication to continually promoting social inclusion and support.

He also ran a solo marathon for Toucan Diversity, not in England but in the Falkland Islands, where he was on a civil engineering work placement. Our Toucan is traveling far!

Have you thought about how comfortable potential employees are disclosing they are neurodivergent?

What might discourage disclosure in current standard recruitment practices, and how can we stop this barrier to employment?
