Tree update: Well, the lolly sticks MOSTLY worked...

After years of our Xmas star bending the top branch of our tree over at an angle which puts 'jaunty' to shame, this year I have braced it with a couple of lolly sticks I glued and taped together.

The arrangement is held together with cheap green sewing thread, so we'll see how well it lasts...

November blooms
