Not so important in the grand scheme of things BUT … once I finally was transferred to a “live agent” by UPS AI ‘intelligence’ …they were closed. It took me 20 overall minutes. Sucks! If the package is stolen… I.WILL.BE… INSOLENT!!! INSOLENT I tell you.

SUPER fun, on top of everything, to be tsk-tsked by our US neighbour about ruining THEIR summer with smoke from our (devastating) Canadian forest fires. I guess we should be “raking our forests”? So predictable. What a sad joke.
