Installed this switch all by myself. And it works! (Hopefully I don't post in a day that my she-shed burned down)

The switch plate isn't exactly flush but I didn’t crank the screws as it'll be coming off soon for the drywall.

I'm helping run the distribution table at Strange Days Comics & Games' free comic book day event and a group of young baddies just came up. I wanted to tell them how cool they looked but they probably don't want a 30-something telling them they're dressed way rad.

I drive a lot.

Whew, they really needed this restoration. I used a drill attachment kit this time and I don't think it saved me any elbow grease.

My car is 20 miles away from 388,888 on the odometer.

I trimmed my nails down in prep and I hate having short nails uhg. Left a coating of henna on for ~45 minutes right before bed, dry wiped it off and let it do it's thing overnight. Maybe 2024 will be a good cuticle year for me. 🤞

Bringing some @travisbaldree.bsky.social to my families mystery "write the first sentence on the wrapping paper" Christmas book exchange.

Returned to working on this stocking for Stef. I did the tree a year ago and then I realized I'd never finish the stocking for my friend's daughter in time if I kept going. Bucilla makes some great patterns but ohhheeeee do they take many many hours.

Mom has been going to the local Dambo Trolls.

We have some wine enthusiasts coming for Wednesday Thanksgiving and Mom is not one to try to impress. (That being said, Martha's chard is enjoyable to my taste buds).
