Lastly, @ollie.bostoncubeparty.com's Doubleton Synergy Cube! The emergent synergies came exactly as advertised on the box. Went for a straightforward "GW beat you to death with counters" theme and got absolutely blasted by decks doing some crazy shit. A total delight, all the same. 1-2!

Next, @worklifevalue.bsky.social's Perilous Seas! Another straight banger, and as a fellow nautical nonsense-r myself, I was so happy to draft this fully Grixis desert cube, nautical flavor forward. I drafted a Commander-ass deck, slamming 3color Pirate legends + gy synergies for a clean 2-1. Bliss.

First, @nickzlmhc.bsky.social's Red Cube Wins! After p1p1 lightning bolt because ofc, I went into the Hot Deck ™️ with Don't Try This at Home. Highlight: while dead on board with no options, Trigger Happy my opponent's Count on Luck to rip Lava Spike for exactly 4 lethal damage (it's hot, ofc). 2-1!
