Attempt at fur advice aside— I think your dark haired kitty already looks great ❤️ And I especially like their accessories

For animal fur you can make lines “less smooth” by adding tufts to them. The more hairy the more heavy as the hair hangs lower. And to make fur look “less stiff”, you can attempt volume by adding slight waves or curls.

(Hopefully my example translates enough nor look too horrible 😬)
