and go "well several years ago you were counting this incredibly simple thing as a valid thing to share, so if you can at least do this simple thing then that can still be valuable especially since you can do it better now." something like that.

to explain better more so i feel lately i feel disconnected from making art because my bar for things i can share has become much higher as the years pass while my time and energy are only lower.

i hate just rehashing myself over and over but at the same time it helps to exercise some humility
