More boring running talk but just finished the biggest mileage of the 10k plan and, regardless of how the race goes in a couple of weeks, realised doing higher mileage weeks with the majority of it at a slow pace, feels really good!
Hopefully try and keep that going after the race.

- Helly’s father is called Jame Eagan, not Jamie.
- Ricken’s book is called ‘The You You Are’ whereas episode 9 is called ‘The We We Are’.

Turns out I have a dried blood clot that’s resting on the ear drum which wasn’t shifting despite doc using a fair bit of drops and suctioning it. Got to use drops for 2 weeks by which time it’ll hopefully shift and go back.
Sounded really loud him suctioning the ear and room was spinning after

Daughter had an inset day today and school announced they’re closed because of snow/ice and they’ll be doing online lessons.
Like actual work there they’ve got to dial into lessons and do proper work.

Car successfully dug out and taken round the block in one piece although tricky as roads still not clear with many covered in snow.
