As someone who lives near DC, I used to get common replies when sharing my location in meetings like, "That's great." Since January, those replies are often, "Sorry." Given the current US administration's penchant for renaming things, I'm tempted to rename DC the District of Chaos.

While there seems to be some level of peace happening in Israel today with the release of hostages, there's a part of me that expects the Israeli government to bomb any Hamas celebration in Gaza.

If Trump wanted to force Putin to the table, he should show actual "peace through strength" by enforcing a no fly zone over Ukraine. Then ramp up NATO around Kaliningrad and fix Obama's error and take Crimea off the table. That might get him the Peace Prize he seeks.
