We made spicy crispy duck stir fry a few nights ago.
The duck was marinated for about 6 hours in Sake, tamari soy sauce, Thai peppers, green onions, and pinch sugar. Veggies were seasoned with salt, black and white pepper, and garlic. Topped with sriracha mayo.

I fixed a Walkman WM-77 and testing it with one of my favorite albums that my wonderful mares @themoonhorses.bsky.social got for me.
It sounds fantastic!
Replaced the belt and cleaned up contacts and the board. I’m planning on modeling and 3d printing a belt clip for the back since it’s missing.

Miso ramen with pork belly, corn, bell pepper, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and soft boiled eggs.
I attempted to keep it as simple as I could since using my wok is out of my lifting restrictions at the moment. I used the sous vide juice from the pork for the soup base. It came out perfect!
