UPCC does require looking into- Are they even adequately operational, have they contributed to reducing burden on ERs, has there been a third party/ independent review of these UPCCs? So many questions still remains unanswered..
Still waiting for BC MOH to provide internal data on UPCCs requested in July.

OIPC has been involved for a month now—still no results.

Some transparency and accountability.
