On Day 2 of BAAL, I met another great senpai!! I didn’t expect that I would end up dancing at dinner :)

I’ve successfully passed my upgrade panel yesterday!
Since arriving in the UK, everything has been new and uncertain, but getting through this first milestone has given me a ‘little bit’ more confidence! Especially, huge thanks to my amazing supervisor, Ema😭

I went to Gloucester for the first time and saw the world-famous dangerous festival called cheese rolling - It was absolutely crazy…😅

My first visit to the University of Birmingham was truly wonderful and it was particularly valuable to have the opportunity to talk with someone who has different research interests!!

I’m looking forward to presenting my research in progress from my PhD thesis at ICPLTL! I’m especially excited to attend the keynote speeches by the outstanding speakers😃
