All the properties here in South Uptown that had Bruce Dachis signs a couple years ago now have Milliard. That year was my first exposure to seeing a crapload of signs and thinking it must mean the candidate is sure to win, and then being delighted to learn that it's not always the case.

She was an awful presence during the Park Board strike last year. In the Park Board meeting sit-in three days before they finally removed the union-busting from the contract, she was this sneering, condescending presence in the room.

Just chiming in to affirm how undesirable Shaffer will be for Council. I was involved in the July Park Board strike, and she was an awful opponent of the union the whole process. Terrible leader.
