Probably my favourite pizza place in Tokyo: Marumo.
A nice char on a rather spongy dough and plenty of oil before slid into the oven. This Margherita pizza was with Sicilian Prosciutto and local Japanese egg yolks.

Just ate the most succulent Yakitori ranging from chicken thighs, Japanese sausage, beef, Shrimp Wrapped in Pork and Bacon-wrapped Scallops. Each bite was juicy with a light outer cooked crunch and then a stream of salty and meaty delight.
