Honestly it feels criminal to be able to print 20 full color 8.5x11" pages for free each day from the library. And only a 10 minute walk from my house!

So yesterday I got in a bike accident. I was turning and hit some mud and the bike came out from under me. I got up and slowly biked to the nearest dock. While I was waiting on a light I passed out and some strangers helped me up. S/o to random man who gave me water and asked me neuro questions.

I haven't had any yet! I'd already eaten dinner and was full, I'm just meal prepping it for the rest of the week. Won't have any till Thursday actually lol. It looks gloopier than normal, I think the extra cheese made it more mushy

I love lasagna but can't do dairy, so I'm making my own non dairy lasagna with turkey sausage because I don't eat beef. I'm hoping the faux mozzarella sticks work out well in lieu of real mozzarella slices.
