Do you ever tour the Chicago area?

Also, if you do the right thing, and cancel because you are ill, should you lose your deposit?

I certainly understand the issue, but clients who cancel because they “have the sniffles” run the risk of be labeled time wasters, or worse. They still should cancel, but I’m wondering how providers feel about my take? Would you at least be skeptical?
