As I was’t fishing in the Credit River last night, I picked up litter left beside the river… 3 bags over around 100 metre stretch. It’s always curious how one can come to beautiful green & blue spaces and then spoil them & harm birds, fishes & ultimately humans.

Last night along the Credit River (beside Erindale Park). Lots of fishers of all ages.

I love checking my (free) Nature Dose app as it measures the time I spend in green spaces. This week I’ve topped 1,000 minutes because I visited events during Urban Agriculture Week as well as volunteering in “my” park as a Toronto Nature Steward. Also love the research shared about health benefits!
