Regarding Nasdaq, #QQQ Ignore all the lines. Focus instead on the blue thin line down lower. That is the price adjusted for volume. Aka the Volume weighted average price. The green box is the last major gap in volume as represented on the right. Since 2008, 70% of volume traded below the blue line.

I used to have the suburban dream, but after having lived it, I kinda want to live in a "converted Mall". Year round indoor activity space, a sense of community, assuming it is designed right, Hopefully big balconies and lots of glass facing both in and out. Not just apartment boxes. A food court.

#apple chart is just like all the rest. Full tilt stupid at these prices. A split made them look cheap. But thar juiced up the buying. On very very little volume all the way back to 2015. Relative to before.

#technicalanalysis Does the market stay excessively away from the volume weighted all time average line? Are the markets completely fixed now? The CEOs like musk are buying their own stock by billions to inflate price. 70% of all the volume ever traded in tech, is below 2015 prices.
