Another update of this nonsense list. There are quite a few on here that should not be on any Top 100 list.
My tip is that if you fancy staying at any of these, do check the Michelin keys rating first and if it is not 3 keys, then consider some other hotel.

This is Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island in South Australia which is part of the Baillie Lodges group. It is ranked #8 best hotel in the world by The Telegraph and it certainly deserves to be up there.

This is The Calile in Brisbane deemed to be the 39th best hotel in the world by The Telegraph. But sometimes they get it wrong. We thought it was the worst hotel we had stayed at for many many years

There are many options for this in Australia. This particular one was done in Brisbane and included 1 winery, 2 beach bars on islands, 1 mountain retreat and 1 Master Sommelier bar, and took 7.5 hours in total.

Probably the best restaurant in Porto. What other restaurant do you have the chef sit down with you to discuss the menu? Last time it happened was with Elena Arzak in San Sebastián. What a fantastic recommendation this was!!

This is the ante room of the Spy Bar that you find after a maze in the basement of the Old War Office in London (Raffles). We were not allowed to film inside but were sipping cocktails (all spy themed) in the old office of Ian Flemming. It was office #7 two floors below ground so designated 007.

Historical tour of the Old War Office (Raffles in London). Tour is 1 hour mid morning and free for guests and they also do one for the public in the afternoon together with afternoon high tea for a few.
