I just finished my re-read! I honestly didn’t care for it the first time around, so dreaded the re-read. BUT the second time? It wrecked me. Can’t wait for Tuesday!

Just finished my Iron Flame re-read and impatiently waiting for Tuesday. Debated starting a new book (God of the Woods), but I don’t think I’d finish it in time.

I would say that you don’t need to be an Instagram teacher. It’s okay to start small and not have a classroom that looks like what you see online. I’d also tell them to be open to feedback, reflect frequently, ask ALL the questions, and build relationships.

If you’re learning to improve your own skills, start small! Try out the cool AI features like magic presentation, or start with premade templates and play around with them until you’re happy. TikTok also has some really helpful tutorial videos!

That’s very cool. I think I’d have to adapt it to do with PLCs, as I’m on a single campus with two instructional coaches on the same campus. Would be fun to see what all the PLCs come up with. Thanks for sharing this!
