Been living with diagnosed depression and anxiety since 18. Diagnosed with a brain tumor making too much of cortisol,stress hormone,since 18 too. In "remission" from tumor since 19 (25 now) and don't make cortisol.Dynamic makes more sense than flare up and wish I wouldve known this wording before💜
