I haven't noticed the protein absorption issues you mentioned, but second the health benefits with my chronic conditions I've noticed from increasing protein intake. Big part of how I manage them. I've been very dependent on protein shakes because I'm often too ill to cook.

I definitely watch for the hopeful things to share that show our power. Unfortunately though I think a significant % of people don't realize how bad it is so it still feels necessary to share the bad too. I keep hearing the advice to share the truth while we can.
