I’m really spiraling. I don’t feel hungry but I haven’t eaten in idk a day and a half now, I feel sick, I’m back to cigarettes, i don’t want to go to work, I didn’t shower this morning idk man idk how to self harm without self harming so this is my way of punishing myself for being the way I am
