A lot of the world enjoys evening coffee so they get a couple more hours out of the night for conversation with friends / family. And unless you're chugging a triple shot 24 oz cold brew or something I'd say you likely won't have enough caffeine to feel anything, especially at our "size".

Usually when I'm unemployed I mass apply to anything that I'm qualified for on indeed. Even stuff that I'd rather not do.

Check your local temp agencies, they helped me find a job with my skill level and now im making more than I ever have after being hired full time.

Doesn't even have to be a storm. My car was totalled last month by a massive branch (basically a tree a of its own) snapping off in the middle of a calm night and threading the gap between my house, garage, and fence to hit my car dead on.
