I hope someone sues and Trump appointed judges agree it’s illegal and then it goes to the Supreme Court where it’s overturned based on some new executive power that never existed before. And the four women on the court will dissent.

The court needs to be expanded when the next democratic president takes office. The next democratic president needs to be just as ruthless as the Trump regime and claw everything back and more. No Biden or Garland talking points about being civil and gentlemanly

So what do we do about it? Can you be proactive? Next Trump is going to enact the insurrection act so we can’t protest. We need you to start organizing protests now in CA like Bernie and AOC.

Thanks for doing town halls. There need to be some in CA even though we are a blue state. We need your and Congress’ cover to protest. Trump and the DOJ are calling protesters terrorists and sending people to El Salvador without due process. Next up will be the Insurrection Act on 4/20.

So why aren’t our California senators holding rallies here. We need their help. All they seem to do is tell us about the outrageous stuff that happens everyday that we already know about from Bluesky and independent media. We need action from them and Newsom.
